Terumo Asia Holdings Pte Ltd seeks a Regional Clinical Training Manager to lead clinical education for the Cardiovascular business across Asia Pacific. You will plan and execute internal and external education programs, provide advanced clinical consultancy, and support therapy adoption across a diverse regional team.

The role requires strong expertise in perfusion, CPB, and ECMO, with 5–8 years in cardiovascular medical devices or clinical education, and experience working across APAC markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or healthcare-related field.
• Clinical perfusion certification is highly preferred.
• 5–8 years of cardiovascular medical devices, clinical education, or perfusion services experience.

Aufgaben

• Serve as regional clinical SME for perfusion, CPB, and ECMO therapies across Asia Pacific.
• Provide clinical consultation and troubleshooting to commercial teams and healthcare professionals.
• Clarify product indications, usage, and clinical applications.
• Lead tubing pack solution development and customization.
• Partner with commercial teams to enhance clinical selling capabilities and therapy adoption.
• Develop a regional clinical education strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Design and deliver internal training to boost clinical and technical competency.
• Serve as regional trainer for Califia Simulation Platform and related tools.
• Develop CPB/ECMO simulation scenarios and competency-based learning.
• Collaborate with Product Management to create clinical content and evidence resources.
• Coordinate with Global Clinical Team to disseminate evidence and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen therapy awareness through education and KOL collaboration.
