Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or Healthcare Management preferred.
- 8–10 years in cardiovascular, aortic, or medtech with portfolio management or marketing experience.
- Experience working with Asia Pacific markets and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop the multi-year APAC portfolio strategy for Cardiovascular & Aortic categories.
- Lead regional marketing strategy aligned with regional commercial objectives for the Terumo Aortic business.
- Partner with country teams to translate regional plans into country go-to-market plans, campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Engage with KOLs and key customers to drive therapy adoption and business growth.
- Monitor marketing performance and optimize resource allocation for maximum commercial impact.
