• Collect feedback to enhance training effectiveness.
• Develop curriculum and frameworks for training.

Skills

Proficient in adult-learning training methods

Knowledge of learning management systems

Knowledge of simulation-based training

Ability to engage effectively with KOLs

Education

Bachelor's degree in education, biomedical, or relevant science field
