Terumo Asia Pacific is seeking an Associate Director to shape the APAC Cardiovascular & Aortic portfolio strategy across markets and lead regional marketing initiatives. The role requires strong business acumen, cardiovascular market expertise, and ability to translate insights into actionable portfolio and commercial strategies across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in cardiovascular, aortic, or medtech industries with portfolio management, business development, or marketing expertise.
• Experience in Asia Pacific markets and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC portfolio strategy for Cardiovascular & Aortic categories across markets.
• Lead regional marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for the aortic business.
• Identify partnerships, licensing opportunities, and market-entry strategies.
• Translate market insights into portfolio and commercial actions.
• Engage KOLs and strategic customers to drive therapy adoption.
