Job summary

Becton Dickinson is seeking a candidate to lead clinical capability building through training programs for Sales and Marketing teams. You will develop learning pathways, assess market opportunities, and design educational programs to improve clinical discussions and support sales capability.

Qualified candidates should hold a medical degree or a relevant bachelor’s degree and have over 7 years of experience in clinical training within the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors. The position involves collaboration across APAC regions.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in clinical training or related roles.
• Strong experience with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Prior exposure to surgery or procedure‑based portfolios desirable.
• Experience in regional or multi‑country APAC roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver clinical training programs for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Develop structured clinical learning pathways aligned with role expectations.
• Lead onboarding and education programs for consistent capability.
• Partner with marketing to assess market and growth opportunities.
• Provide targeted case support during product launches.
• Design clinically robust HCP education programs with marketing.
