Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator based in Singapore to deliver a warm interview experience for APAC candidates across Japan, Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand and SE Asia. You’ll partner with APAC recruiters, coordinate multiple time zones, and own local logistics in a follow-the-sun model.

You’ll shape coordination in a growing region, document workflows, and contribute to scalable processes while working with support from your manager.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling.
• Experience coordinating across APAC time zones and markets.
• Hands-on with applicants tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and scheduling tools.
• Excellent written communication and ability to build rapport.
• Comfort creating structure in evolving processes and using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule a high volume of APAC interview loops across time zones.
• Be the primary candidate contact for logistics with a warm, informed tone.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to flag capacity risks.
• Keep APAC processes accurate, including Greenhouse setup and plans.
• Provide coverage in the follow-the-sun model with clean handoffs.
• Support regional hiring operations as the APAC footprint grows.
