Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Recruiting Senior Manager to lead regional talent acquisition for BCG X APAC and Platinion. Based in Singapore, you will drive end-to-end recruiting, stakeholder partnerships, and senior-level sourcing across Southeast Asia.

You will mentor a team of recruiters and align regional initiatives with global best practices, contributing to superior time-to-hire metrics and candidate quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with high academic achievement.
• 8+ years recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with software engineering, data analytics hiring.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnering with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Recruiters to deliver hiring across Platinion and BCG X APAC.
• Own regional talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and candidate sourcing across Southeast Asia.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and assessment practices.
