Job summary
Google Asia Pacific is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Transactions leader to drive end-to-end real estate strategies across APAC, including acquisitions, leases, and development. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Compliance to achieve financial goals and optimize portfolio performance.
You will manage a pipeline of opportunities, negotiate with landlords, and guide teams to deliver compliant, cost-efficient real estate solutions that align with Google's growth and sustainability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions across multiple countries.
- Finance modeling, corporate strategy and real estate planning experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify, investigate, and execute regional real estate transactions across APAC including leases, acquisitions, developments, expansions, and subleases.
- Develop a pipeline of real estate strategy and capitalize on market opportunities to drive proactive solutions.
- Negotiate with landlords, developers, and property owners to deliver high-volume, scalable transactions.
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams across REWS, Legal, Finance, Tax, and Compliance.
- Enforce financial discipline across transactions and minimize long-term liabilities.
