Job summary

ByteDance Singapore invites qualified professionals to join the Cost & Commercial Management team. The role focuses on life-cycle cost planning and management across leasing, design, and operations, partnering with internal stakeholders to enable data-driven real estate decisions.

You will support cost planning for APAC sites, assist with tendering and post-construction commercial activities, and help build a global cost database. MRICS would be a plus, and travel across APAC may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of cost planning/cost management experience in real estate, construction or fit-out projects.
• Able to travel across APAC as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support cost planning, estimating and budget setting for new sites and projects across APAC.
• Support pre-construction and procurement activities, including tendering and contract award.
• Manage post-construction commercial activities including cost control and final accounts.
• Help build a global life-cycle cost database covering leasing, fit-out and operations.
• Track market intelligence across APAC and globally for leasing and cost trends.
• Contribute to research output on global leasing and construction cost trends.
