IBM Services Talent Delivery Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Partner Success Manager for APAC, with a focus on Singapore. You will drive successful partnerships, manage projects, and coordinate with technical leads across engagements in a dynamic quantum computing ecosystem.

The role requires collaboration with executives, researchers, product, marketing, and sales teams to deliver workshops and enablement, shaping roadmaps for strategic initiatives and partner growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business or technology strategy consulting or similar.
• Experience with relationship building, negotiation and client management.
• Strong project management skills with meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact throughout partner life cycle in APAC, especially Singapore.
• Manage partner relationships and coordinate with technical leads across engagements.
• Network within accounts to achieve partner milestones and success.
• Advocate for the partner internally at IBM Quantum to improve offerings.
• Build roadmaps and journeys tailored to partners to deliver projects.
• Deliver workshops and trainings; champion quantum computing topics.
• Coordinate research, training, support, and enablement for scalable engagements.
