Job summary

IBM Quantum is seeking an Engagement Lead within the Quantum Innovation Centers (QIC) to drive success across strategic partnerships in APAC, with a strong emphasis on Singapore. You will coordinate with technical leads, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver scalable engagement programs that align with partner goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree (PhD preferred), 3+ years in strategy consulting or similar client-facing work, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; PhD preferred.
• 3+ years in business or technology strategy consulting or similar with client interactions.
• Strong project management, organization, and deadlines commitment.
• Experience in relationship building, negotiation, client and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact across the partner life cycle in APAC, especially Singapore.
• Manage partner relationships and coordinate with technical leads.
• Build partner roadmaps and journeys; deliver workshops and trainings.
• Be the voice of the partner to improve IBM Quantum products and ecosystem.
• Navigate a complex matrix organization with senior executives and researchers.
