Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Singapore is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of Luxury customers across Asia Pacific. You will link customers with CEVA’s country, product and operations teams across Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics and Ground & Rail.

This highly visible regional role requires strong commercial judgement, experience in freight forwarding or logistics, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple countries and levels of seniority.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in key account management within logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain.
• Strong ability to manage complex customer relationships across multiple teams and regions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic customer relationships across Asia Pacific, acting as the primary regional point of contact.
• Lead regional account planning, governance and Quarterly Business Reviews with Global and National Key Account teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand CEVA’s share of wallet across Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics and Ground & Rail.
• Coordinate across country, product and operational teams to deliver agreed service outcomes and resolve escalations.
• Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders and provide visibility of priorities, risks and opportunities to CEVA leadership.
• Partner with Product teams to develop competitive, customer-specific logistics solutions and support regional tenders and RFQs.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity information within CEVA’s CRM and monitor key commercial metrics.
