Job summary

UTC Overseas, Singapore, is seeking a Project Manager – Project Logistics (APAC) to own the commercial and operational success of regional projects. You’ll win tenders, design multimodal solutions and carry full P&L responsibility while upholding safety and compliance standards.

In this fast-paced role you’ll work directly with leadership, build relationships with EPC contractors and industrial clients, and drive margin-rich execution across multimodal transports in Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years’ progressive experience in project logistics including tendering, pricing and contract negotiation.
• Hands-on knowledge of multimodal and out-of-gauge shipments from origin to delivery.
• Strong client-facing negotiation and stakeholder management with cost-control exposure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win project logistics opportunities with EPC contractors and industrial clients across the APAC region.
• Lead tender responses and technical/commercial bid packages to secure awarded work.
• Design multimodal solutions balancing safety, schedule, and cost for complex moves.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution through UTC’s global network and local vendors.
• Own project financials: budgeting, tracking and forecasting to deliver target margins.
• Uphold HSE, compliance, and risk management standards across all jurisdictions.
