Allegis Group Singapore is seeking a Program Manager to connect business, product, and engineering across APAC. You will drive initiatives from planning through execution, guiding change and process improvements in a technically focused environment.

The role sits in a unit supporting tooling, workflow optimisation, publishing ops and program execution, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple programs concurrently across regions.
• Strong ability to work with business, product and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with CMS or publishing workflows is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent programs and projects across APAC.
• Drive end-to-end program management, including planning, tracking, governance, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Partner with technical product management and engineering teams to understand tools and workflows.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and standardize processes and systems.
• Translate business requirements into actionable workstreams and coordinate execution across teams.
• Act as the primary business interface between cross-functional groups including USA and APAC teams.
• Establish project tracking mechanisms, milestones, status reporting, and management tools.
• Support scheduling, coordination, and project governance activities.
• Monitor project timelines (90-day cycles) and identify risks and dependencies.
