Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Program Manager to bridge business, product, engineering and cross-functional stakeholders across APAC, ensuring initiatives stay on track from planning through execution. You will partner with technical product management and engineering to understand tools and workflows, drive process improvements, and manage 90-day delivery cycles.

Qualifications

5–8 years of Program Management experience with multiple programs.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
Experience with CMS/publishing workflows or digital asset management helpful.
Comfortable coordinating with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent programs across APAC from planning to governance.
Drive end-to-end program management, including tracking and documentation.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to optimize tools/workflows.
Identify workflow improvements and standardize processes and systems.
Translate business requirements into actionable workstreams and coordinate execution.
Act as primary interface between cross-functional groups, including US and APAC teams.
Establish tracking, milestones and status reporting; support governance activities.
Monitor timelines and proactively identify risks and dependencies.
