Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a seasoned Regional Project & Product Manager to own cross-border platform initiatives. You will lead end-to-end projects, shape the regional product roadmap, and drive innovation and operational efficiency across multiple markets.

Responsibilities include coordinating Engineering, Operations and Compliance, analyzing data to inform decisions, and presenting strategic updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree holders with 5–8 years in product or project management, regional scope preferred.
• Experience delivering end-to-end regional projects with measurable impact.
• Experience in platform-based businesses, logistics, fintech, or digital ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytics, and product sense to translate business needs into actions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regional platform projects across multiple countries.
• Develop and maintain regional project plans with milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Compliance and Business Units.
• Identify risks and manage delivery within scope and budget.
• Report progress to senior management with clear insights.
