Job summary

A&O Shearman is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the APAC Private Capital team in its Hong Kong office. You will drive BD activities across strategy, client development, and campaigns to grow the practice in APAC.

Based in Hong Kong, you will partner with lawyers and business teams to deliver go-to-market plans, manage pipelines, and execute cross-border opportunities with rigor and attention to data and process compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services business development.
• Strong cross-border coordination and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day BD for APAC Private Capital sector.
• Manage pitch pipeline, client development, and campaigns.
• Coordinate client meetings, briefings and events.
• Prepare briefing materials and participate in client interviews.
• Track pipeline and report progress and ROI.
