You will drive the full lifecycle of engagements, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide senior leadership with insights on cyber threats and regulatory expectations. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of tech risk, cybersecurity risk, or regulatory compliance experience in finance.
• Experience leading teams within technology risk or regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of APAC regulations (MAS, HKMA, NFRA, RBI, APRA, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior management and regulators.
• Ability to navigate large organizations and collaborate across teams.
• Interest in applying AI to support 1LOD risk and control management.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead APAC cybersecurity and technology regulatory engagement activities.
• Ensure regulatory responses are timely, accurate, and traceable.
• Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity and technology risks within 1LOD.
• Collaborate with global risk/control functions on risk reviews and assessments.
• Improve the 1LOD regulatory, risk, and control framework for scale.
• Prepare risk reports and governance materials for senior forums.
• Lead transformation opportunities in regulatory engagement, including AI.
