J.P. Morgan in Singapore seeks a Tech Risk Engagement Lead to steer regulatory engagements and strengthen cyber risk controls across APAC.

You will drive the full lifecycle of engagements, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide senior leadership with insights on cyber threats and regulatory expectations. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science or related field.
5+ years of tech risk, cybersecurity risk, or regulatory compliance experience in finance.
Experience leading teams within technology risk or regulatory environments.
Strong knowledge of APAC regulations (MAS, HKMA, NFRA, RBI, APRA, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior management and regulators.
Ability to navigate large organizations and collaborate across teams.
Interest in applying AI to support 1LOD risk and control management.

Responsibilities

Independently lead APAC cybersecurity and technology regulatory engagement activities.
Ensure regulatory responses are timely, accurate, and traceable.
Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity and technology risks within 1LOD.
Collaborate with global risk/control functions on risk reviews and assessments.
Improve the 1LOD regulatory, risk, and control framework for scale.
Prepare risk reports and governance materials for senior forums.
Lead transformation opportunities in regulatory engagement, including AI.
