Job summary

HARTING Technology Group in Singapore seeks a Senior Pricing & Quoting Process Excellence Manager for APAC. You will lead standardization, governance, and adoption of pricing and quoting processes, acting as regional process owner for Quote-to-Order activities, coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Finance and Operations.

Initially you will build pricing process infrastructure, document current practices, define governance, and create analytical foundations; over time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in process excellence, pricing, quoting, or sales operations.
• Experience in complex B2B industrial, manufacturing, or technology environments.
• Proven cross-functional pricing and process-improvement leadership.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, CPQ, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing governance across APAC and ensure standardized quote-to-order processes.
• Define pricing strategies for regional accounts and align with sales leaders.
• Ensure adherence to global pricing standards while addressing local needs.
• Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and governance models.
• Capture undocumented decision criteria via stakeholder interviews and document them.
• Drive simplification of legacy practices for a scalable regional model.
• Lead initiative to implement CRM, ERP, workflow tools, and reporting.
• Establish KPIs and analyze quote conversion, turnaround, and margin performance.
• Support MDs with data-driven pricing recommendations while separating governance and approval.
