Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Pricing Analyst in Singapore to support quotation processing, pricing strategy development, and profitability analysis. The role requires strong financial acumen, advanced Excel and Access skills, and the ability to manage multiple pricing projects in a dynamic environment.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure competitive pricing, accurate data management, and timely communication of pricing updates.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or business field.
Minimum 3 years’ pricing or business analysis experience.
Be aggressive about profitability and maintain up-to-date competitive data.
Strong analytical skills and business sense.
Proficient in Advanced MS Excel and Access.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all staff levels.
Able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

Process requests for quotations following guidelines and timelines.
Assist with development and execution of pricing strategies for Asia Pacific regions.
Monitor pricing effectiveness and trends.
Keep price books and systems updated with changes and communicate updates.
Perform analytics related to reporting, price variance, win ratios and profitability.
