Job summary

Siemens in Singapore seeks a Portfolio Sales and Solution Consultant to drive APAC software growth by expanding markets for SCADA and Industrial AI across Asia Pacific. You will translate business needs into scalable industrial software solutions, lead workshops and engagements, and collaborate with global teams to align priorities and enable sales.

In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership on portfolio offerings, IT/OT integration, cybersecurity, and edge-to-cloud architectures, while

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in industrial automation, SCADA, or digitalization.
Strong portfolio sales and business development track record.
Deep SCADA and industrial software knowledge including architecture and requirements analysis.

Responsibilities

Driving APAC software growth by developing market expansion strategies for SCADA and the broader DI Automation Software portfolio.
Shaping customer-focused solution architectures by translating requirements into scalable solutions.
Leading strategic customer engagements through workshops, PoCs, and executive presentations.
Providing technical portfolio leadership on SCADA platforms, IT/OT integration, cybersecurity, and edge-to-cloud architectures.
Collaborating across regional and global teams to align priorities and support country sales.
Enabling sales teams and partners with reusable solution assets and enablement programs.
