Job summary
Siemens Mobility seeks a Portfolio Sales and Solution Consultant (Industrial Software) to drive APAC software growth, focusing on SCADA and DI automation software. You will shape architectures, lead workshops and PoCs, and enable sales teams with reusable assets and industry use cases.
The role requires an engineering background with 8–12 years in industrial automation, strong domain knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication across APAC.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in industrial automation, SCADA, or digitalization.
- Strong portfolio sales and business development experience.
- Advanced IT/OT integration knowledge.
- Deep SCADA and industrial software knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive APAC software business growth by expanding market, opportunities, and industries.
- Shape customer-focused solution architectures for SCADA and industrial software.
- Lead strategic customer engagements with workshops, PoCs, and executive presentations.
- Provide portfolio leadership on SCADA platforms, Industrial Edge, IT/OT integration, and cybersecurity basics.
- Collaborate with regional/global teams to align market priorities with portfolio capabilities.
- Develop reusable assets, use cases, and enablement programs to boost software adoption.
