Job summary

Worldpay is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Customer Experience team in Singapore. You will be the technical go‑to expert, supporting customers as they integrate with the Worldpay suite of payment services and coordinating with Account Management to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions.

You will define project scope, manage timelines, and maintain stakeholder communication, ensuring successful on‑time deliveries while handling a high volume of projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects and delivering customer technical integrations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage stakeholder discussions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with capability to propose innovative solutions.
• Curiosity to capture customer requirements and familiarity with funneling techniques.
• Proficiency with XML and JSON APIs; experience with Web/Mobile SDKs, React Native and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle/SQL and ability to perform server log checks with SPLUNK.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple customer implementations from scoping to post-live monitoring.
• Serve as the technical expert for customers, coordinating with Account Management and internal teams.
• Design and set up customer accounts, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot incidents.
• Define project scope, maintain plans, and update stakeholders with risk assessments.
• Deliver customer demos and training on product functionality to maximize value.
