Job summary

Globalpayers is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer integrations across the Worldpay suite, coordinating with customers and internal teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

You will design integration setups, guide technical teams, and ensure on-time delivery while managing risks and stakeholder expectations. The role emphasizes strong communication and hands-on technical expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management and delivering customer technical integrations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical expertise in XML, JSON API is a must.
• Experience with Web and Mobile SDKs, React Native and JavaScripts.
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL databases and server log checks with Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple customer integration projects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with customers and Account Management to define scope and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot incidents, and design integration setups.
• Plan demos and training to maximize value for customer businesses.
• Maintain project plans, monitor risks, and keep stakeholders updated.
