Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tech Partnerships PMO to orchestrate complex client programs across global partners. You will lead multi-workstream delivery, drive product launches, and accelerate go-to-market with cross-functional teams in Product, Technology, Risk, and Client Services.

Responsibilities include governance, risk management, and executive reporting to ensure timely delivery, scalable outcomes, and strong client partnerships in a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in payments, fintech, or technology environments.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs including product launches or market expansions.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems and transaction processing (VisaNet knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into execution plans and deliver on ambitious timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams for Tech Partnership clients, including global fintechs, BigTechs, and hyperscalers.
• Execute strategic initiatives such as new product launches, platform integrations, and market expansions.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, timelines, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
