Job summary

ELGO AI PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships & Ecosystem to build and scale its partnerships across Singapore and APAC. You will own the strategy, partner selection, onboarding, activation, and ensure partner-sourced revenue, reporting to the CEO.

The role demands a revenue-driven leader who can develop joint GTM plans, engage SI firms, consulting partners, resellers, and work cross-functionally to scale a partner-led growth model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partner management, or strategic alliances in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in AI space preferred.
• Ability to negotiate with enterprise partners and align with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ELGO AI's partnerships strategy and playbook.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners.
• Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle from engagement to activation.
• Develop joint go-to-market plans and sales activity with partners.
• Track partner pipeline, revenue contribution and performance.
