Job summary

Telenor Linx is seeking a Solutions & Integration Engineer to help MNOs and partners launch and scale digital products across APAC. You’ll drive onboarding, API integration, and testing while collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success teams.

The role focuses on delivering seamless onboarding experiences, driving product adoption, and solving complex business and technical challenges in a fast-paced, international setting with travel to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Telecommunications, Digital Payments, SaaS, CPaaS, Digital Services, or related technology industries.
• Customer-focused professional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
• Technical/Development background (IDE's, GIT, Databases) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new partners, ensuring successful integration and launches.
• Act as the operational and technical focal point for MNOs and partners across APAC.
• Be the end-to-end owner of partner onboarding, including solution configuration, API integration support, testing validation, UAT coordination, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring.
• Be a technical advisor for partner operations, platform changes, documentation improvements, reporting, and operational support.
• Partner with Product, technical, and operational support for Customer Success Managers during customer engagements.
• Facilitate customer workshops and solution discussions to understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Act as a bridge between customers, partners, and internal teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions and driving stakeholder alignment.
• Drive operational excellence by continuously improving onboarding processes, documentation, reporting and customer journeys
