Job summary

Telenor Linx AS is seeking a Solutions & Integration Engineer to help Mobile Network Operators and partners launch and scale digital products across APAC. You’ll collaborate with customers, partners, Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success to deliver onboarding, drive product adoption, and resolve complex business and technical challenges.

This role offers an international environment with travel to support growth and strategic engagements, focusing on onboarding new partners,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years in Telecommunications, Digital Payments, SaaS, CPaaS or related tech.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Technical background with IDEs, GIT, and databases is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new partners, ensuring successful integration and launches.
• Act as the operational and technical focal point for MNOs and partners in APAC.
• Own end-to-end partner onboarding: configuration, API integration, testing, UAT, launch, and monitoring.
• Advise on partner operations, platform changes, documentation, reporting and support.
• Collaborate with Product, technical, and Customer Success during engagements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to translate business needs into solutions.
• Bridge customers, partners, and internal teams to align stakeholders.
• Drive onboarding processes, documentation, reporting and customer journeys for excellence.
