Cambridge Consultants is seeking an experienced business development professional to drive MedTech growth across Asia Pacific, collaborating with global Healthcare teams in Japan and Singapore. You will identify opportunities, engage senior stakeholders, shape proposals, and lead complex programmes from inception to contract award.

• Proven leadership and/or business development experience within healthcare, MedTech or related sectors.
• Strong track record winning complex, high-value opportunities.
• Commercial and technical credibility to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, shape compelling value propositions and innovation programmes.
• Understanding of APAC healthcare and MedTech markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Grow MedTech business across APAC, particularly outside Japan.
• Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through contract award.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and deliver growth objectives.
• Provide customer, market and competitive insights.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Partner with healthcare colleagues globally.
• Work collaboratively with the business development team in Japan to coordinate client engagement and share market intelligence.
• Stay involved with projects throughout lifecycle to secure new client contracts.
