Job summary

Cambridge Consultants is seeking an experienced business development professional to drive growth of our MedTech business across Asia Pacific. You will identify, develop and secure high-value opportunities with healthcare and MedTech organisations across the region, while collaborating with our global Healthcare team and Japan/Singapore colleagues.

You will engage senior decision-makers, shape compelling propositions, and lead opportunities from initial engagement through contract award,

Qualifications

• Proven commercial leadership and/or business development experience within healthcare, MedTech or related sectors.
• Strong track record winning complex, high-value opportunities.
• Commercial and technical credibility to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, shape compelling value propositions and innovation programmes.
• Understanding of APAC healthcare and MedTech markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow MedTech business across APAC, particularly outside Japan.
• Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through contract award.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and deliver growth objectives.
• Provide customer, market and competitive insights.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Partner with healthcare colleagues globally.
• Work collaboratively with the business development team in Japan to coordinate client engagement and share market intelligence.
• Stay involved with projects through lifetime.
