Job summary

Executive Integrity is seeking a Director of Business Development to build and lead a regional sales engine across Singapore and APAC for a maritime AI platform. You will own the commercial roadmap, run full cycle enterprise sales with ship owners, managers, and technical buyers, and shape the go-to-market from the ground up.

This role requires 8+ years of B2B software sales, genuine maritime credibility or ability to translate adjacent technical sales, and comfort being the sole commercial

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full cycle B2B software sales, consistently at or above quota.
• Genuine maritime credibility, or a track record of translating adjacent technical sales into it.
• Comfortable being the only commercial person in the room.
• Resilient in a market where cycles run long and strong talent is scarce.
• Equally credible with a ship's master and a shipowner's CFO.

Responsibilities

• Own new business acquisition and the commercial roadmap across Singapore and APAC
• Run full cycle enterprise sales with ship owners, managers and technical buyers
• Shape the regional go to market motion from the ground up
• Represent the business across the region's key industry events and relationships
• Feed accurate forecasting and pipeline intelligence to global leadership
