Job summary

Qualifications

Experience leading ship management or marine operations.
Proven track record managing regional P&L and driving growth or turnarounds.
Strong governance, risk management, and executive collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Drive regional business plans and be accountable for APAC financial performance, budgeting, and P&L outcomes.
Spearhead business development, scale key customer accounts, oversee strategic pricing, bidding, and contract execution.
Direct multi-site marine operations, optimize asset and resource allocation, ensure high-quality service delivery.
Champion health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards, audit readiness, and risk management.
Mentor regional leaders, foster collaboration, and streamline cross-functional governance and corporate alignment.
