Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Vice President for APAC (Marine & Offshore) to lead regional strategy and performance. The role oversees commercial, operational, financial and people functions across APAC with a focus on growth and excellence.

The VP will drive market expansion, manage key accounts, supervise regional operations and ensure regulatory compliance, while partnering with corporate functions to implement company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior management or executive leadership experience.
• Proven track record in regional or multi-country leadership with P&L accountability.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic business development skills.
• Experience managing operations across international locations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of time across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the APAC regional business strategy aligning with corporate objectives.
• Take accountability for regional performance across functions.
• Drive regional business development, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Oversee regional operations to meet delivery, quality and schedule.

• Collaborate with HR on workforce planning and certifications readiness.
• Ensure regional administration, reporting and internal controls.
