Job summary

HARTING Technology Group seeks an APAC Logistics Specialist based in Singapore to lead end-to-end logistics across the Asia-Pacific region, coordinating freight, customs, warehousing, and 3PL partnerships with a focus on cost-efficient, compliant operations.

You will drive digitalization, process standardization, and continuous improvement aligned with global standards, reporting to the Head of Regional Logistics - APAC. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years logistics/supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in a regional APAC role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP WM/EWM) and TMS/WMS platforms; experience with digital freight tools or automation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore TradeNet and APAC import/export regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for daily coordination across markets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end APAC logistics operations across freight, customs, warehousing and 3PL partners.
• Drive digitalization and standardization of logistics processes.
• Manage freight, shipping, and 3PL performance against SLAs; optimize costs.
• Support customs paperwork and trade compliance across APAC markets.
• Lead data reporting and KPI tracking using ERP/TMS systems.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance to align logistics with business goals.
• Travel within APAC as required.
