Job summary

Fellows Creative Staff Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development professional to expand its regional presence across Asia Pacific markets. The role focuses on driving sales of character IPs, feature films, and animation titles, negotiating license terms, and closing deals to achieve targets.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate title rollouts, manage inquiries, and support promotional material delivery across regions. Travel overseas regularly is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Genuine interest in animation and the broader entertainment industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas regularly for business purposes.
• Proficiency in Business Chinese to facilitate regular communication with Chinese-speaking client counterparts (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Expand the company's regional presence across Asia Pacific markets and drive sales of IPs, films, and animation titles in assigned regions (excluding Japan).
• Identify new business opportunities, propose titles, negotiate terms, and close license agreements to hit sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients; address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate title rollouts and promotional materials across regions through cross‑department collaboration; report market insights and performance.
