Job summary

LegalOn Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Legal Solution Specialist based in Singapore to drive customer success across APAC. You will own the customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion, ensuring value realization from the platform.

You will lead onboarding, enablement, and guidance, shaping how customers use LegalOn to fit their workflows while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering to capture feedback and drive regional adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, legal practice, legal operations, consulting, or a customer-facing role in legal tech or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion for APAC customers.
• Drive onboarding and enablement with workshops and one-on-one sessions to empower users of LegalOn.
• Shape how customers use the platform by collaborating to refine frameworks, content, and guidance.
