Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding its Singapore team and seeking mid-level professionals across sales, technical solutions, customer success, and marketing to support growth in APAC.

Based in Singapore, the Sales Engineer will collaborate with account executives to provide exceptional Relativity experiences, lead demonstrations, define solutions, and contribute to thought leadership in legal AI, AI in discovery workflows, and risk assessment.

Qualifications

Five years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four+ years in sales engineering or related roles.
Fluent in English; additional APAC regional languages are a plus.
Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Support Relativity's sales activities across APAC with technical sales consulting.
Lead sales support requests and mentor junior team members.
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
Capture prospect requirements and help craft solutions.
Collaborate with sales to write proposals and gather feedback for product teams.
