Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Proficient technology skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.

Responsabilités

• Run the corporate secretarial function including board meetings.
• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents.
• Organize and manage documents and establish retrieval systems.
• Liaise with external counsel and manage legal spending.
• Assist in maintaining calendars and arrange meetings.
