Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company in Singapore is seeking a Legal Operations Manager for the APAC region. This office-based role supports the legal operations team, aligning systems, processes and technology with global standards to enable efficient legal practice.

You will audit current tools, drive implementation of APAC initiatives, test AI-enabled solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and build strong internal and external relationships to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

8+ years working experience in Legal Operations or similar.
Experience in managing senior stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.
Strong planning, project scheduling, risk identification/mitigation and change management skills.
Digitally savvy with ability to apply data and insights to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Audit and evaluate potential legal tech solutions and provide clear recommendations.
Develop and implement optimized processes for APAC Legal in collaboration with Global Legal Operations.
Support testing of AI-enabled legal technology tools and gather use cases.
Organize pilots, collect feedback and track progress of APAC legal tech initiatives.
Lead contract administration support and maintain intranet resources and standards.
