Job summary

Hogan Lovells seeks a Learning and Development Coordinator/Senior Coordinator to support planning and delivery of skills development programmes for lawyers and the Business Team in APAC. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to coordinate engaging learning opportunities and manage budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a professional services L&D role (Coordinator level ok)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Professional certification in L&D desirable
• Some design/facilitation experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office; strong virtual collaboration tools
• Willingness to develop as a facilitator
• Able to build trusted relationships across levels
• Collaborative team player in a global environment
• Pro-active, self-motivated and resilient under pressure
• Willingness to travel (including overseas) as needed

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver in-person milestone programmes for lawyers in APAC
• Coordinate in-person and virtual professional skills workshops for the Business Team in APAC
• Plan and coordinate professional core skills workshops and launches for APAC
• Assist in workshop design with Head of L&D – APAC and external providers
• Co-facilitate selected in-person and virtual training sessions for junior lawyers and APAC Business Team
• Lead regional LMS administration under global team supervision
• Provide admin support to regional Head of L&D for training, budgeting and planning
• Coordinate training resources, budgets and external vendors for cost-effective delivery
• Lead review and evaluation of development offerings and report findings
• Maintain training records, curriculums and LMS data
• Prepare internal communications and onboarding emails
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external faculty for programmes
