Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a proactive team member to support end-to-end regional early talent programs across APAC markets. You will coordinate onboarding, learning sessions, and events, and help draft communications for participants and leadership.

You will maintain program records, gather feedback, and prepare reports while liaising with recruiters, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to keep timelines on track and support employer branding activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of regional early talent programs across APAC markets.
• Coordinate onboarding, learning and development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding for program participants.
• Help plan and execute program events such as networking sessions, career workshops, and recognition activities.
• Draft and distribute program-related communications to participants, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Maintain program records, track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare reports on program metrics.
• Liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
• Support employer branding efforts, including social media content and campus engagement activities.
• Assist with scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
