Job summary

Jurong Port Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Network Lead to drive planning, design, deployment and operations of our expansive IT and network infrastructure in Singapore. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure security and reliability across core and edge networks.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in networking, cloud IaaS, and risk-based governance, with a track record of delivering large projects and enforcing best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering.
• Possess relevant IT certifications including CCNP, CISSP, Checkpoint CCSA, PMP, cloud certifications, ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, installation, configuration and support of network deployments.
• Manage and optimize core and access network assets for performance and security compliance.
• Drive improvements for network performance, cost savings, and resource optimization.
• Manage lifecycle of network assets and plan refresh before end-of-life.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of network incidents.
• Oversee capacity monitoring and planning for network resources.
• Maintain SOPs and operational documentation.
• Review and renew maintenance contracts.
• Manage large-scale network projects from tender to deployment.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for project delivery.
• Evaluate technologies to meet future network needs.
• Perform regular cybersecurity reviews and vulnerability mitigation.
• Lead annual DR exercise and BCP activities.
• Review and improve network-related policies and procedures.
