Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Application Production Support Analyst (L2) to support Cash Management and Accounting systems across APAC. Qualifications

• Experience in L2 production support for regional applications in APAC or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes including incident/problem/change management.
• Experience with payment systems support and banking/financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for regional applications and users across APAC.
• Toubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with root cause analysis and workaround solutions.
• Manage incidents, problems, and service requests with timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams for permanent fixes and maintenance.
• Support application releases, change management, and preventive monitoring.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Perform end-of-day/month batch support and regular maintenance tasks.
• Support IT security checks and post-patch validations.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base; promote knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in support processes and system stability.
