Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance or similar.
8+ years asset management experience, including 3–5 years in a sales-related function.
Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
Self-starter with attention to detail and integrity.
Analytical and strategic mindset with problem-solving ability.
Experience leading projects through lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
Excellent relationship management across a matrixed organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Tableau; AI tools like Prompt Engineering and ChatGPT/Copilot.

Responsibilities

Define regional objectives with the General Manager, APAC Distribution and translate strategy into execution plans.
Lead governance, escalation, and performance tracking for sales and client interactions.
Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions.
Drive end-to-end project delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Champion AI adoption and design AI-driven workflows to improve productivity.
Lead internal communications and associate training programs.
