Job summary

Worldpay is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Customer Experience team in Singapore. You will own customer integrations, define scopes, and manage multiple projects from planning through post-live monitoring, coordinating with internal teams and customers.

The role requires technical fluency with XML/JSON APIs, Web/Mobile SDKs, and strong communication skills. You will deliver product demos, train customers, and stay ahead of evolving payment tech trends, ensuring successful

Qualifications

2 years of experience in managing projects and delivering customer tech integrations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder discussions.
Technical expertise in XML and JSON API required.
Experience with Web and Mobile SDKs, React Native and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

Manage customer integrations with Worldpay suite of payment services end-to-end.
Define project scope, plan, monitor risks and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with customer, Account Management and technical teams.
Deliver customer demos and training on product functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents during integration projects.
Stay updated on payment tech trends and security practices.
