Job summary

STACK Infrastructure APAC is seeking an energetic ICT Design Lead to guide OT/ICT design, governance, and delivery for multiple data-center projects across the Asia Pacific region. You will lead engineers, architects and specialists, define standard design requirements, and ensure designs are scalable, secure and aligned with operational needs.

Reporting to the regional VP, you will manage vendor relationships, schedule critical-path activities, coordinate with procurement, cybersecurity, and

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, telecom, electrical or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or design-management.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities, preferably data centers.
• Strong coordination of design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Experience with vendor management and system integrators.
• Excellent communication and ITSM tooling documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICT design teams across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ensure designs meet availability, redundancy, and security requirements.
• Govern design reviews and change control.
• Coordinate with procurement, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Represent STACK in technical meetings with partners and customers.
