Linde Gas Asia Pte. Ltd. seeks a Helium Business Director for Asia Pacific. You will lead the APAC helium business, coordinating with global and local teams to drive growth and profitability across bulk and packaged channels.

You will shape pricing, budgeting and market strategies, manage large datasets for financial analysis, and work with supply chain, product management and sales teams to deliver results in a dynamic APAC market.

Qualificações

• 10+ years helium and/or industrial gas business experience
• Experience in regional/global strategy, financial planning, pricing and profitability
• Ability to translate financial/operational data into commercial recommendations
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead APAC helium business across bulk and packaged channels to meet regional and global targets
• Drive P&L performance and profitable growth in APAC
• Collaborate with global helium operations, product management, logistics and engineering
• Partner with APAC RBU marketing and product management leadership
• Define regional pricing, surcharges and allocations and roll out global programs in APAC
• Support budgeting/forecasting with input on volumes, pricing and costs
• Monitor regional market trends and competitive activity to adjust strategies
