Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
• Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years in senior marketing, commercial, or regional management roles.
• Experience in B2B, industrial sectors is preferred.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC marketing strategy and regional leadership across all segments.
• Develop pricing, dealer and channel strategies to drive revenue and margin.
• Oversee market sizing, share analytics and regional reporting for HQ.
• Drive promotions, events and channel activation aligned with regional targets.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance and HQ to translate insights into actions.
• Lead a regional marketing team and coordinate with country teams.
