Job summary

DHC Partners in Singapore seeks a Managing Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for sustainable growth, profitability, and excellence across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. Reporting to the Board, you will drive business development, ensure governance, and lead cross-functional teams toward performance excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
15–18 years of leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors with senior P&L responsibility.
Proven success in strategic planning, business transformation, and regional market development.
Strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with ISO, HSE, Lean, or operational excellence frameworks.
Fluency in English; Mandarin or Bahasa proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead the formulation and execution of business strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and business growth across manufacturing, production, and supply chain functions.
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strengthen client relationships, partnerships, and regional market positioning.
Ensure adherence to corporate governance, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Build and mentor a high-performing management team, fostering accountability and innovation.
Represent the company with key stakeholders, industry bodies, and government authorities.
