Job summary

calibr:e in Singapore seeks ambitious Sales/Business Development professionals to deepen client engagement for fixed income products across institutional investors, private banks, and UHNW families in Singapore and Hong Kong.

You will manage a structured sales pipeline, articulate fund structures and fees, coordinate roadshows and investor events, and monitor FX and rates to craft investor-ready messaging for cross-border opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Masters qualification in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline; professional certifications CFA/CPA/ACCA or CMFA/RES5/CM-SIP for Singapore/HK applicants
Experience in asset management distribution, private banking sales, or institutional coverage, with direct experience in fixed income, FX, or structured products
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and sales documentation requirements under MAS/SFC/ASIC
Track record of managing AUM of at least $3 million
Deep understanding of fixed income markets, FX instruments, and income/yield-enhancement strategies
Ability to originate client relationships and convert opportunities into funded allocations
Existing institutional or HNW/UHNW client network Singapore, Hong Kong, or Australia desirable
Mandarin language ability preferred to manage non-English speaking clients

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, private banks, family offices, and HNW/UHNW clients to drive asset gathering and growth in AUM through proactive engagement and structured follow-up.
Manage a trackable sales pipeline, providing regular updates on conversion metrics, client feedback, and market intelligence to support informed decision-making.
Articulate fund structures, return drivers, key risks, liquidity terms, and fee arrangements to facilitate investor understanding and informed participation.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and refine investor materials, including pitch decks, due diligence questionnaires, and term sheets, and coordinate roadshows, conferences, and online events across Hong Kong and Singapore.
Monitor FX and interest rate markets, translating macroeconomic developments into investor-ready messaging, while gathering client feedback to inform product positioning, target segment refinement, and go-to-market strategy.
